Davido Releases “Already Falling” Official Music Video Featuring His Wife Chioma
Afrobeats superstar Davido has released the official music video for “Already Falling,” one of the standout love songs from his sixth studio album, ORIADÉ. The new visuals feature a special appearance from his wife, Chioma Adeleke, as the couple share romantic moments in a cinematic production.
Released on October 28, 2026, the music video was directed by Meji Alabi, the filmmaker behind Davido’s 2018 hit “Assurance.” The visual brings back memories of that iconic love song, with Chioma once again taking centre stage in Davido’s romantic storytelling.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of Château de Chanteloup in Cognac, France, the video features elaborate costumes, grand interiors and intimate scenes between the couple. One of its most talked-about moments comes towards the end, when Davido gets down on one knee and presents Chioma with a ring in a romantic lakeside scene.
“Already Falling” is the eighth track on Davido’s ORIADÉ album, released on July 31, 2026. The song blends English, Yoruba and Nigerian Pidgin, with production handled by Classic and Sensei and background vocals from Peruzzi.
With Chioma’s appearance, the new video gives fans another memorable chapter in the couple’s relationship, continuing the visual connection that began with “Assurance.”
