Afrobeats superstar Wizkid could be heading to Kenya this December, as reports circulate that the Nigerian hitmaker is set to headline the Detty Dezemba Festival scheduled for December 12, 2026.
The event is listed for Saturday, December 12, with organisers promoting a night of Afrobeats, Amapiano and live performances in Kenya. The festival is expected to bring music lovers together for a major December celebration, although the venue and full artist lineup have yet to be publicly confirmed on the event listing.
However, Wizkid’s reported appearance remains unconfirmed by the festival’s publicly available lineup information. Fans will have to wait for an official announcement from the organisers or the singer before treating the news as confirmed.
If confirmed, the appearance would add another international stop to the Nigerian superstar’s busy festive-season schedule. For now, fans should stay tuned for further updates on the Detty Dezemba Festival and its expected performers.
