Wizkid & Asake – ‘REAL, Vol. 1’ EP
Two of Afrobeats’ biggest stars, Wizkid and Asake, joined forces for their first collaborative EP, titled REAL, Vol. 1.
Released on January 23, 2026, the four-track project brings together Wizkid’s smooth, laid-back melodies and Asake’s energetic delivery, Yoruba-inspired expressions and street-pop influence. The collaboration follows their successful musical chemistry on records such as “MMS” and “Bad Girl.”
The EP opens with “Turbulence,” followed by the previously released hit single “Jogodo.” Other tracks on the project include “Iskolodo” and “Alaye.”
Production credits include Magicsticks, 4Tunes and L.O.L, with the project released through Starboy Entertainment, GIRAN Republic and EMPIRE.
