Skepta ‘The Fork and Knife’ Tracklist: Asake, JME, Aya Nakamura & More

Skepta Reveals ‘The Fork and Knife’ Tracklist Featuring Asake, JME, Aya Nakamura & More

British-Nigerian grime heavyweight Skepta has unveiled the tracklist and star-studded guest lineup for his forthcoming album, The Fork and Knife, scheduled for release on November 6, 2026.

The upcoming project contains 15 tracks and features an eclectic mix of artists, including Nigerian Afrobeats star Asake, grime veteran JME, French singer Aya Nakamura, Project Pat, Novelist, Frisco, Kibo, Finessekid, Kruz Leone, Bossman Birdie, Mayhem and Queenie.

Released through Big Smoke Records and Epic Records, The Fork and Knife marks Skepta’s return to a solo studio album following 2019’s Ignorance Is Bliss. The rapper has described the new record as a deeply personal body of work, drawing from his experiences, cultural identity and musical influences.

Asake Joins Skepta on ‘Aloe Vera’

One of the biggest talking points from the tracklist reveal is “Aloe Vera,” Skepta’s collaboration with Asake. The two artists have previously teased the song, and its inclusion brings their long-awaited link-up closer to release.

The collaboration connects Skepta’s UK grime background with Asake’s distinctive Nigerian street-pop and Afrobeats sound. With both artists commanding audiences on opposite sides of the Atlantic, “Aloe Vera” is one of the album’s most anticipated records.

Aya Nakamura is another notable name on the guest list. The French singer previously collaborated with Skepta on “Chippie,” a separate release from June 2026. Her appearance among the album’s featured artists adds to the project’s international appeal, although the complete song-by-song feature credits should be checked against the final release.

What to Expect From ‘The Fork and Knife’

Skepta’s new album is expected to move across grime, UK garage, house, jungle and electronic music, reflecting the sounds and club culture that have shaped his career. Its wider themes include identity, diaspora and the experience of growing up British as the son of Nigerian immigrants.

The album’s visual direction also draws on Nigerian-British imagery, football culture and documentary-style realism, connecting Skepta’s personal background with the contemporary London scene.

With Asake’s appearance on “Aloe Vera” and a guest list spanning different scenes and generations, The Fork and Knife is shaping up to be one of Skepta’s most closely watched releases of 2026.

The album arrives on November 6, 2026. Fans can look forward to hearing how Skepta brings these different sounds and collaborators together across the 15-track project.
